Zhixiaoji Terms of Service

Welcome to Zhixiaoji. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the app. By installing, opening, browsing, or using Zhixiaoji, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using Zhixiaoji.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Zhixiaoji app and its compact thermal printing features, including device connection, template editing, image processing, document printing, web printing, print preview, print history, and local draft management.

Zhixiaoji is designed to connect supported thermal printers and help users edit, preview, and print content from a mobile device. Available features may vary by app version, device model, operating system permissions, printer firmware, and printer capability.

2. Services

Zhixiaoji may provide the following features:

1. Discovering, connecting to, and managing nearby Bluetooth printing devices.
2. Creating, editing, saving, and previewing printable content.
3. Importing images, documents, or web content and generating print jobs.
4. Managing supported paper sizes, templates, print history, or consumable-related information.
5. Using printer SDK, image processing, and operating system capabilities to produce print output.

Zhixiaoji does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, consumable, paper size, operating system version, or third-party file format. Actual availability depends on your app version, terminal system, printer device, and printer firmware.

3. License and Use Conditions

You should download Zhixiaoji from a legitimate source and make sure your device, Bluetooth capability, storage, and required permissions are suitable for using the app.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to install and use Zhixiaoji on your own terminal device.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from Zhixiaoji, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Remove, obscure, or modify copyright, trademark, rights, or ownership notices in Zhixiaoji.
3. Rent, sell, transfer, sublicense, distribute, or commercially host Zhixiaoji for a third party.
4. Use Zhixiaoji for illegal activity, rights infringement, or actions that may harm system security.

4. Device Connection and Print Results

Print output may be affected by printer model, firmware version, command set, paper size, consumable status, Bluetooth environment, system permission, file quality, and user settings.

You understand and agree that:

1. Before printing, you should verify device connection, paper size, print direction, density, layout, and preview result.
2. Some printers support only specific commands or capabilities. Incompatible devices may fail to connect or print, or may produce garbled, shifted, cropped, or inconsistent results.
3. Bluetooth connections may be affected by distance, obstruction, system restrictions, battery level, concurrent connections, or nearby wireless environments.
4. Printing failures, material waste, or result deviations caused by printer devices, consumables, third-party files, system environments, or user operations are your responsibility.

5. User Content

Text, images, documents, web content, templates, and other materials that you create, import, edit, preview, or print through Zhixiaoji are your user content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful rights to use, edit, and print your content, and that your content does not violate laws or infringe another party’s intellectual property, portrait, reputation, privacy, or other lawful rights.

You may not use Zhixiaoji to create, distribute, or print illegal or infringing content, including content that:

1. Harms national security, public safety, or public interest.
2. Infringes the lawful rights of another person or organization.
3. Is false, fraudulent, harassing, insulting, defamatory, or discriminatory.
4. Is otherwise prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Web Printing and Third-Party Content

Zhixiaoji may provide web printing or content import from third-party sources. Third-party webpages, files, images, scripts, advertisements, or services are provided by their respective third parties.

You should assess the authenticity, legality, security, and suitability of third-party content yourself. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or security of third-party content.

7. Local Data, Drafts, and Cache

Zhixiaoji may store drafts, templates, history records, device information, print settings, cache files, or app preferences locally on your device so that you can continue editing and using the app.

You understand and agree that:

1. Deleting the app, clearing system data, changing devices, reinstalling the operating system, or manually deleting files may cause local data loss.
2. You should back up important files or content that you import, save, or share.
3. We cannot guarantee that local data can always be restored across every system environment, update process, or abnormal situation.

8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may update Zhixiaoji features, interface, support scope, or legal documents for product improvement, system maintenance, security compliance, device adaptation, or business adjustments.

To the extent permitted by law, we may suspend, limit, or terminate part or all of the service for users who violate these terms, violate laws, or create security risks.

9. Intellectual Property

Zhixiaoji, including its software, interface, graphics, trademarks, copy, code, technical solutions, and related content, is owned by us or the relevant rights holders, except for third-party materials and user content.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these terms are reserved by us or the relevant rights holders.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Zhixiaoji is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make express or implied warranties that:

1. Zhixiaoji will always be uninterrupted, error-free, vulnerability-free, or completely secure.
2. Zhixiaoji will be compatible with every device, firmware, operating system version, paper, consumable, or file format.
3. Print results will meet your commercial purpose, production purpose, aesthetic preference, or specific quality standard.
4. Information obtained from third-party content, webpages, or external files will be accurate, complete, or available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, printing material waste, device abnormality, third-party claims, or other consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use Zhixiaoji.

If applicable law requires us to bear liability, our liability will be limited to the scope expressly required by law.

12. Minors

If you are a minor, you should use Zhixiaoji with the consent and guidance of your guardian. Guardians are responsible for supervising the minor’s use, content selection, and print results.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms based on product features, laws, regulations, or business needs. Updated terms will be displayed through the app, website, or other reasonable methods.

If you continue using Zhixiaoji after the terms are updated, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updates, please stop using Zhixiaoji.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of mainland China.

Disputes arising from these terms or the use of Zhixiaoji should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court with jurisdiction.
